We require a shopify expert to assist in migrating the site from WooCommerce to Shopify and configuring some additional functionality. Overview: Hoodies for Good (www.hoodiesforgood.com) is an online fashion platform that helps charities raise money via the sale of hooded tops and t-shirts. The ecommerce site allows charities to register on the website and create a branded shop, selling a range of print-on-demand garments. The hoodies and t-shirts provided by the Gelato plugin will feature designs uploaded by the charity and it’s supporters. The Charity will be able to manage its products and the designs, collect commissions and report on sales via a dashboard. Hoodies for Good will donate 20% of cart value for each sale to a charity the purchaser nominates at checkout if on the main site, and direct to the Charity if shopping on their Charity Substore. Project Requirements: The Hoodies for Good platform requires the following features using Shopify with a MultiVendor Marketplace plugin (testing Webkul), the Gelato POD platform with product personalisation and some custom features. Project work includes installing a theme and updating the look and feel to match the current www.hoodiesforgood.com Wordpress site. Functionality must include: • Charity substores – each charity that registers will have a substore that can be accessed as a subdomain i.e. charityname.hoodiesforgood.com • Charity listing page – www.hoodiesforgood.com will list and filter all charity partners and provide access to the charity subpages • Charity registration – automated workflow that allows a charity to register on the site and generate their substore. Once approved they will have an account with a login to their substore management dashboard. • Charity Substore management dashboard – the dashboard allows the charity admin to login to review and approve customer designs that have been submitted, publish and remove products, report on sales, report on donation amounts and download customer details. Charities will not be able to upload, sell or fulfill their own items, they will be limited to the range of POD products that we allow from the Gelato product range. • Donation management – each time an item is purchased from the main domain the customer can choose a charity to donate 20% of the cart value to, this will display in the checkout cart details. • AI image design tool that customers can access to generate designs, integrated with the Gelato personalisation tool that can be used to upload images or add text. • “Wholesale” Section of the Charity Dashboard that allows order of bulk Gelato items with their logo or designs (separate from the front end options) as promotional items. No commission will be charged or paid for these purchases. See attached User Stories, we need an estimate for the highlighted elements, the others can be acheived by standard configuration.
