What You’ll Do As our Google PPC and Meta Ads Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving exceptional results through strategic, data-driven advertising campaigns. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Google PPC Campaigns • Plan, develop, and manage high-impact Google Ads campaigns tailored to business goals. • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to uncover opportunities and eliminate wasteful spending. • Leverage performance data to optimize campaigns and consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs). • Craft engaging ads that drive real ROI & conversions. • Execute A/B tests to refine ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies for optimal results. • Provide reporting and actionable insights to clients to ensure continued success. Meta Ads Campaigns • Launch and manage campaigns on Facebook and Instagram that engage, inspire, and convert your audience. • Write scroll-stopping ad copy and visually stunning creatives. • Conduct A/B testing to maximize ROI and continuously optimize campaign performance. • Use advanced audience segmentation and retargeting techniques to engage the right users. • Stay ahead of platform trends, industry best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge. • Develop fresh, innovative ideas & strategies to consistently boost ROI. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a skilled marketing professional with a blend of creative innovation and analytical expertise that knows how to get ROI. If you have experience working with both B2B service-based companies and eCommerce brands, we’d love to hear from you. Google PPC Skills • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. • Demonstrated ability to create high-converting ad campaigns and optimize for ROI. • Google Ads certification is an advantage. Meta Ads Expertise • At least 3 years of proven success managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns. • Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Pixels. • Strong track record in analyzing campaign data and driving performance improvements. • A flair for creating captivating ad visuals and writing engaging copy. • Facebook Blueprint certification is a bonus but not required. General Requirements • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with teams and clients. • A passion for continuous learning, exploring digital advertising trends, and mastering the latest tools. • Ability to juggle multiple client campaigns and deadlines with precision.
