We are an SME-focused company operating in the Manufacturing and Construction sectors, actively seeking a freelance HR Business Analyst to help us design, evaluate, and implement a customized HRMS (Human Resource Management System) that meets the real-world needs of our industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR operations, compliance requirements, and technical system design. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our HRMS covers everything from onboarding to payroll to site-level attendance, and is scalable across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and document HR processes and workflows (payroll, time tracking, attendance, onboarding, performance, offboarding) - Identify gaps and inefficiencies in HR operations specific to manufacturing plants and construction project sites - Create a requirements document and feature list aligned with UAE/KSA compliance standards (WPS, GOSI, etc.) - Collaborate with Product Manager and IT team to evaluate build vs. buy options (ERPForce extension vs. third-party HRMS) - Conduct vendor research and shortlisting based on fit, scalability, and localization - Design or review process flows, mockups, and user journeys - Ensure the system supports multi-location, shift-based operations, biometric integration, and mobile accessibility - Define success metrics and reporting KPIs for HR/Management dashboards - Support in pilot testing, change management, and training documentation - Review other ERP modules after HRMS Integration, with latest impact. Requirements: - Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst in SME, manufacturing, or construction environments - Strong understanding of HR compliance in UAE and/or KSA (WPS, MOL, GOSI) - Knowledge of HRMS tools like Zoho People, Odoo, Bayzat, BambooHR, or ERP extensions - Ability to write clear BRDs, user stories, and process diagrams - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, operations) - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
