Meta Ads Manager for Car Detailing Campaigns

We are a car detailing business looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist who can create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns that actually drive appointments and generate real results. You must have proven experience running successful lead generation ads for service-based businesses, ideally in the automotive or local service industry. What We're Looking For: Deep understanding of the Meta Ads platform (Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Events Manager, etc.) Experience generating leads/booked appointments for local service businesses Strong creative eye for ad copy, images, and video (can work with our creative team if needed) Ability to write conversion-focused ad copy and offers Audience research and A/B testing expertise Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize toward CPA goals Familiar with retargeting strategies and warm traffic nurturing Fluent English communication and reporting Goals: Generate qualified leads for our car detailing packages (e.g., paint correction, ceramic coating, interior detailing) Maintain a low cost per lead (we’ll provide a baseline) Improve conversion rates from ad to booking Bonus Points If You: Have experience targeting high-income areas or automotive enthusiasts Are familiar with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs Understand local area targeting (Southern California preferred) Deliverables: Weekly ad performance reports Ongoing ad testing (creative, copy, and audience) Clear communication and strategy recommendations To Apply: Please respond with: A short summary of your experience with Meta Ads for local service businesses Examples of past campaigns with real results in the car detailing (screenshots welcome) Your approach to launching and optimizing a campaign for a car detailing business We’re looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can consistently deliver results.
