Online Researcher to Compile Statistics About Cash Tipping (Gratuities) in the U.S.

I am writing a research paper about the current and forecasted state of paying gratuities (i.e. “tipping”) in the consumer services sectors of the U.S. and elsewhere. I need you to compile (1) statistics related to this subject, and (2) create a list of online sources that provide data and analysis of this subject. I do not need you to do an in-depth analysis at this stage. I need a high-level view of the current state of tipping, with statistics drawn from reputable sources. This is a 10 hour project (10 hours @ $50/hour).
