As we scale, we need a strategic, hands-on partner who can audit our current campaigns, identify opportunities, and build a forward-thinking plan to drive efficient growth. Who We Are: A rapidly expanding campervan rental business with pickup/drop-off hubs in top outdoor destinations (Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Los Angeles) Serving everyday adventurers who are often trying #vanlife for the first time Committed to creating unforgettable travel experiences and providing best-in-class customer service What You’ll Do: Audit existing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing campaigns Optimize for revenue, ROAS, and CAC — not just clicks Build, test, and scale new paid search and paid social campaigns Recommend landing page improvements in collaboration with our design/dev team Provide clear, actionable reporting with insights and ideas (not just metrics) Stay on top of trends in SEM/PPC and bring innovative ideas to the table What We’re Looking For: Proven track record managing paid search & social for DTC/ecommerce or travel brands Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Instagram Ads Bonus: Familiarity with vanlife, RVs, or outdoor adventure audiences Strong analytical skills + experience with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio Excellent communicator with a bias toward proactive problem-solving Comfortable working as a flexible consultant with potential to grow into a larger role as we scale
