In search of an Interior Designer and 3D Render Artist to produce 3D renders of 2 set/studios, 3 control rooms, and a talent green room from existing CAD files. Designer will also support in transforming the spaces through client choice of aesthetics, furniture, finishes, etc. We're looking to contract this week and finalize the project as soon as possible. Please confirm your immediate availability, deliverable timeline, and costs around the process below. Our process begins by developing the structural layout, based on CADs in 3D space, followed with client reviews, and changes, if required. Step two is presenting up to three (3) interior design choices per room with client direction. Once presented, and client feedback has been received, this is followed by a second round of render revisions and presented to client for approval. The client will have one more budgeted opportunity to change color/texture/furniture/etc. If there are any final edits, we would come back to you one last time for edits and delivery of the final product.
