Exterior commercial building rendering

I have a couple of pics of an old brick building you would find in most small midwestern towns, adjacent to mine. I'd like to take that building and demo the second story and the front half of the first story out and replace the area with outdoor seating. I'd like to also have a brick faced wall with doors and windows for the remainder of the back half of the building. It would be immensely easier to discuss while both of us are looking at the pictures. This literally would probably take less than 20 minutes for most exterior design professionals.
