Surfacing in CAD - solidworks

We are looking for someone that has CAD and solidworks experience to help us finish surfaces for tooling and parts. We have 3D printed parts in solid works - and are planning to make tooling and parts with urethane - we need an expert that can help us finish the surfaces and make them appropriate for tooling and urethane parts.
