Floor Plan Creation for Retail Spaces (DC Metro Area)

We are a small property management company in the DC area looking for an experienced CAD resource to create detailed floor plans of vacant retail spaces. We currently need 4-5 floor plans for small spaces approximately 2k-4k square feet each. The properties in question are located in the DC metro area and the ability to visit the site will be a necessary part of the project. The ability to start immediately is highly desirable. Future work may follow if initial deliverables are satisfactory.
