Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter independent contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in (CAD, specifically within AutoCAD and creating 3D models. The candidate will be responsible for using our existing templates to match floor plans agreed upon by client for various projects. This role requires the ability to decipher handwriting, problem solve, and a strong eye for precision and detail. Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software AutoCAD. Create schematics for various projects Skills Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD. Strong understanding of schematics and the ability to create accurate technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. For higher consideration, attach a 3D model of a residential project you’ve created in AutoCAD. Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $27.50 per hour (net fees) Expected hours: 20 per week Flexible schedule Work Location Remote: All hours must be logged using Upwork's time tracker. All payments are made directly to Upwork. They will hold these payments in escrow, while hours are verified, before releasing them to you. Within this position you are considered an independent contractor.
