Drafting needed for house plans CBS 1 story

I will come up with all the floor plan ideas for a 1 story CBS, 1700 sq ft home and will create a preliminary drawing for you. We need someone to manifest this preliminary drawing onto official blue prints using CAD software of their choice for the permitting department and for the builder to start building . Someone with experience, creating plans up to code for Florida or hurricane alley states is highly preferred !
