Fix custom calculator

Here's the issue A custom calculator was built a few years ago for VA disability. All of a sudden the calculations for billateral factor when choosing double disabilities on both limbs the TEXT display of the billateral factor is wrong. The payment and disability percentage is correct, just the text display that says "A billateral factor of xx.x is applied" All other calculations work. I will provide a screen recording to show you the exact issue. Provide access to a staging site. We would like an estimate before work begins. I have downloaded the code files if you need them.
