Your core responsibility will be to take the content created by our team and maximize its impact through data-driven posting strategies, performance analysis, and continuous optimization across all our platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube - shorts & long-form, and our School.com community). If you are passionate about turning data into actionable insights and growing an engaged spiritual community, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute a data-informed posting strategy: determine optimal posting times, frequency, and content mix for each platform. * Track and analyze social media performance metrics daily/weekly using tools like GA4, GTM, and platform-specific analytics. * Provide clear, concise reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. * Conduct A/B testing (split testing) of content, captions, and strategies to enhance engagement and reach. * Manage and grow our online community (currently on School.com), fostering engagement and interaction. * Identify and implement strategies for safely removing bots from our social media accounts to improve algorithm performance. * Stay updated on algorithm changes, new platform features, and social media best practices, especially within the spirituality landscape. * (Potentially) Advise on paid social media campaigns/boosting strategies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Analyst, or Manager with a strong focus on data and analytics. * Expertise in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics). * Demonstrable ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve strategy. * Experience with community management and fostering online engagement. * Knowledge of how to safely and effectively identify and remove social media bots. * Excellent understanding of algorithms across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). * Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly. * Experience working with coaches, content creators, or brands in the spirituality/wellness niche is a significant plus. **To Apply:** 1.
