Branding Concept & Logo Design for Contractor-Focused Web Design Agency

We are rebranding our web design agency to focus on contractor industries: electricians, roofers, landscapers, and other trades. This job is for creating a new logo, but we also need help defining the overall branding concept. This includes picking strong, professional colours and fonts that align with the contractor space (trust, strength, modern look). A clean minimal logo maybe with a tagline like "Websites Built for Contractors" would be great. We would like to have some kind of icons or symbols in the logo which relates to contracting, potentially something like a CAT workman boot and cursor. Open to any suggestions which helps to get across that we're a web design agency working with contractors. We need: A logo in two versions: Horizontal version (long logo) Square version (for icons, profile pics, etc.) Once this job is done, we’ll offer more work to the same designer, things like a cover background and other branding materials. We’re looking for someone who can really help guide the visual direction and branding as well as design the logo. Please share examples of logos you've done, especially if you’ve worked with construction or trade-related businesses.
