Part-Time Social Media & Content Strategist for NZ-Based Birth & Motherhood Brand

Hi! We’re Jess and Mikaelah — co-founders of &honey, a small (but growing!) New Zealand-based business supporting mamas through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with products, education, and real-talk. We’re looking for a social media and content strategist to join us for a few hours per week — someone who can take the reins on content planning and bring strategy and creativity to our platforms while staying aligned with our warm, relatable, mum-to-mum tone. What we’re needing help with: A monthly content strategy tailored to our audience and offerings Guidance or hands-on help with Instagram Reels, carousels, stories, and captions Planning and executing new product launches and seasonal campaigns Identifying and reaching out to influencers/creators aligned with our brand Optional: basic content creation (graphics or repurposing our video/photo content + or - creating content with our products) We're a good fit if: You love working with brands that are grounded, holistic, and people-focused You have experience with social strategy for product-based brands You understand the world of pregnancy, motherhood, or women’s health (big bonus!) You’re confident working independently but happy to collaborate via chat/voice notes You get the content hustle (and don’t mind a bit of behind-the-scenes chaos) This role would start small (a few hours a week), but we’re looking to build an ongoing relationship with the right person as our business grows.
