We’re looking for a Growth Operator to help us architect the next phase. The Mission We’re looking for someone to help us strategically design and build a complete growth engine — from first touchpoint through to long-term customer relationships. This includes: • Developing the overall funnel and offer ecosystem • Setting up the back-end infrastructure and automations • Growing and activating a Skool-based community • Collaborating on launches, growth loops, and retention systems The exact shape of our offer stack is flexible — we’re looking for someone with the experience and insight to help co-create the structure that makes sense based on our audience, goals, and momentum. ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing Funnel & Systems Building • Design and implement a clean, scalable funnel to move people from awareness to transformation • Build landing pages, checkout flows, email automations, and CRM integrations • Set up backend systems using tools like Zapier, Make, Stripe, and ConvertKit Community Growth & Experience • Launch and manage a high-retention Skool community • Design onboarding flows, accountability systems, and natural upsell paths • Create growth loops within the community (referrals, content, etc.) Growth Strategy & Collaboration • Work with the founder to map out key milestones, experiments, and KPIs • Help shape messaging, launch strategies, and conversion tactics • Align with Dowie’s existing content and audience insights You’re a Great Fit If You: • Have built growth systems for creator brands, digital products, or coaching offers • Think in terms of ecosystems, not just individual funnels • Are equal parts strategic thinker and technical builder • Understand the nuances of community-led growth • Are confident with tools like Zapier, ConvertKit, Webflow, Skool, and Stripe • Bonus: You’ve worked in fitness, mindset, or performance-related brands
