Summary We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to help oversee the final stages of our website build, coordinate CRM setup, support marketing efforts, track sales performance, and serve as the key point of contact across teams. Responsibilities: • Oversee the completion of our website and ensure all deliverables are met on time • Coordinate CRM setup and optimization • Track marketing campaigns and sales funnel performance • Create and manage task timelines using project management tools • Serve as the primary liaison between developers, marketers, and leadership • Help identify blind spots and keep all teams aligned and moving forward Ideal Candidate: • Strong communicator and organized multitasker • Experience with website launches, CRM platforms like Zoho, and marketing/sales coordination • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Trello, or similar • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment Start: Part-time with the opportunity to grow into a larger role If you’re someone who can keep the trains running on time, we’d love to hear from you.
