We're seeking a CNA or RN currently working in home care to consult with us for a few hours, help validate our operational and pricing assumptions, and share ideas that only someone in the field would know. ✅ What We're Looking For Active CNA or Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years experience in non-medical or companion care, private-pay homecare, or senior living settings (Must be US based, WA state based preferred but not required). Knowledge of caregiver-client dynamics, hourly billing, scheduling challenges, or agency operations Willingness to speak openly about what works — and what doesn’t — in the real world.
