I am seeking a dependable and friendly freelancer to handle inbound calls, follow up with missed appointments, and engage with subscribers from our email list. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships and encouraging prospects to take the next step—whether it’s booking a consultation or responding to outreach. This is a low-volume, high-impact position—perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and is looking for a flexible, remote opportunity. The estimated workload is fewer than 5 hours per month. Key Responsibilities: Answer and return inbound calls from potential and existing clients Follow up with leads who missed appointments or downloaded resources Re-engage inactive subscribers from our email list Assist with light sales by encouraging prospects to book a free consultation or respond to services offered Maintain accurate call logs and provide brief summaries of interactions Ideal Candidate: Warm, professional phone presence and strong verbal communication skills Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently Previous customer service, administrative support, or inside sales experience is a plus Ability to learn our process and speak confidently about our services (training provided) If you’re a great communicator who enjoys helping people and you're looking for meaningful, flexible work—you might be a perfect fit!
