We are seeking an experienced Stripe Payment Specialist to ensure that all transactions for our subscription-based business are set up correctly and functioning smoothly. Your primary role will be to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot our Stripe integration to ensure seamless payment processing for our customers. Responsibilities: Set up and configure Stripe for subscription billing, including recurring payments, trials, and cancellations. Ensure proper integration with our platform and troubleshoot any payment-related issues. Implement fraud prevention measures and optimize transaction success rates. Handle chargebacks, refunds, and disputes efficiently. Monitor and resolve failed transactions to minimize revenue loss. Ensure compliance with Stripe policies and best practices. Provide technical support related to payment processing. Requirements: Proven experience working with Stripe, especially in subscription-based businesses. Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, and webhooks. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving payment failures, chargebacks, and disputes. Familiarity with compliance requirements for online payments. Ability to work independently and ensure a smooth payment experience for customers. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for API integration. Experience with no-code/low-code tools that integrate with Stripe.
