CPA or Payroll Tax Specialist for Amendment

JoySpring is an independently owned business built from the ground up. We are passionate about providing naturally healthy vitamins and supplements to families who strive to live a plant-powered life. We're looking for CPA or payroll tax specialist to help us solve this issue: We had an employee who worked with us from August 8, 2022, to December 30, 2022, with final severance payments made on January 27, 2023. Due to an error in Gusto, her work address was incorrectly listed in North Carolina rather than Pennsylvania. As a result, payroll taxes were mistakenly withheld and filed for NC instead of PA, and our PA state registration numbers were never associated with her record. Unfortunately, because of the time that has passed, Gusto is unable to process the correction. We’re hoping to find someone who can help us amend this issue with both state agencies, employee and in Gusto.
