We are a medtech startup developing an AI-assisted diagnostic system for ENT use. We are seeking a consultant to help us prepare a compelling business case in support of a major internal investment and R&D grant allocation. This engagement involves working closely with our team to define the opportunity, validate the market, and deliver a high-quality slide deck that clearly communicates the rationale for funding. Scope of Work: Develop a detailed financial model, including TAM/SAM/SOM and 5-year projections Conduct market segmentation across ENT, primary care, and institutional settings Help articulate the value proposition and differentiators of the technology Final deliverable: a polished, funder-ready business case slide deck Flexibility: We’re open to negotiating the scope and working with either an individual or a small team.
