We’re Hiring: Fitness Sales Closer (Remote, Wisconsin-Based Only) This is a part-time position to start, and we’re looking for someone who could grow into a full-time role in the next several months. You'll be taking Zoom calls primarily with prospective female clients (some men). Our current clients are anywhere from 30-77 years old. Many of our clients are in perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause, so having a base understanding of their struggles is a plus. This is great for you if you want to work from home and if you don’t want to have your own business. Also, this is for you if you absolutely love fitness and just want to be a great salesperson to help enroll clients into our program. We have appointment setters who book calls for you. However, depending on your experience, capacity and desire, we may have you get some of your own leads, as well. What You’ll Do: -Take pre-booked Zoom calls with prospective clients (mostly women 40–65 in menopause or post-menopause) -Lead genuine, consultative sales conversations and enroll ideal clients into our coaching program -Follow up with leads consistently using our proven process -Option to generate some leads if desired You’re a Great Fit If: -You live in Wisconsin (preferably Madison or surrounding areas) -You have fitness industry sales experience (Zoom or phone preferred) -You love fitness and have been through your own physical transformation -You follow a structured strength training routine (minimum 3x/week) -You believe in a macro-based nutrition approach -You’re emotionally resilient, hungry to learn and excited to grow your income -You’re confident on Zoom and love talking to people daily -You’re available for evening calls and flexible hours (some days busier than others) -You want a long-term opportunity to grow within a purpose-driven company This Role Isn’t for You If: -You’ve never sold a fitness, weight loss or nutrition program -You’re planning to start your own business soon -You’re not currently committed to your own fitness -You’re unwilling to follow a proven system or hit monthly sales goals -You’re unavailable most evenings or unwilling to take at least a few calls per day -You’re just looking for something short-term or side hustle only What You Can Expect -Commission-based income with unlimited earning potential -Flexibility to work from home -A mission-driven, supportive team environment -Opportunity to grow into a full-time role if desired We’re looking for someone who wants to make an impact, loves fitness and is ready to help others take life-changing action.
