Description: Honestas Commercial Services, LLC is a U.S.-based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) operating at the intersection of federal government procurement and international supplier integration. We specialize in onboarding vetted Japanese and Korean companies into the U.S. B2G marketplace through our proprietary Government Distribution Portal and AWS GovCloud infrastructure. We are actively seeking a Fractional CFO or Strategic Finance Director with experience in GovTech, Fed SaaS, B2G consulting, or government compliance environments to support our growth into a Series A funding round. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial forecasting and scenario modeling for government contracts and onboarding costs Create burn rate models, capital needs assessments, and supplier ROI frameworks Review or develop pricing models that align with GSA schedules, FAR guidelines, and indirect cost recovery Support investor readiness: build valuation models, pitch financials, and advise on pre-seed to Series A structuring Assist in vendor/supplier-side financial vetting and internal margin protection Advise on convertible note, SAFE agreement, or LLC-to-C-Corp transition for venture readiness Qualifications: Proven experience with early-stage GovTech or B2G startups (e.g. SDVOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, GSA contractor, etc.) Understanding of U.S. federal procurement regulations, indirect cost structures, or SBIR/STTR alignment Background in government pricing strategy, federal RFPs, or supplier-side onboarding modeling Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, DCAA compliance, and U.S. GAAP Strong analytical and presentation skills (able to brief internal teams and investors) Engagement Scope: Part-time / Fractional – estimated 10–20 hours per month Duration: Initial 3–4 months with possible long-term extension Time zone flexibility preferred (collaboration across U.S. and Asia) Preferred but Not Required: Prior experience supporting an SDVOSB or managing multi-entity corporate structures Experience with military healthcare, MILCON, or logistics contracts To Apply: Please submit: A short description of your relevant experience Sample financial models or decks (if available) Hourly rate or fractional engagement proposal We welcome candidates who can bring operational wisdom and strategic guidance to a mission-driven, high-growth firm navigating the complexities of cross-border government procurement.
