We are a private equity owned $10mm annual sales business focused on home standby generator installations, service, and some minor electrical contracting work. We need a partial CFO / controller to: 1. Remap our chart of accounts in Quickbooks Desktop, in order to create an income statement that is inline with GAAP standards. We also want to break out three reporting segments to provide visibility to management on the strength of each segment. 2. Create a monthly and quarterly financial reporting template, which includes an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, KPI Dashboard, Trailing Twelve Month EBITDA Reconciliation, and Covenant Reporting Template that we can present to our lenders on a quarterly basis. 3. Help build and formulate a monthly and quarterly budgeting template and process. 4. (Optional / Perhaps Separate Scope of Work) Create an automated process flow and managerial visual dashboard which brings together KPI's from three disparate systems to track daily technician efficiency, revenue metrics, sales and lead statistics, service projections, working capital analysis, liquidity projection, and other operational metrics.
