Program Accountability & Execution Coach (Former Financial Advisor Preferred) Remote | Part-Time | Are you a former or current financial advisor who lives for growth, strategy, and helping others succeed? We’re looking for a high-performing Accountability & Execution Coach to support students inside our online business growth program for financial advisors. Our mission is to help financial advisors create thriving, scalable businesses — without burnout — and we’re seeking someone who aligns deeply with that purpose. This is not your average coaching role. You’ll be the person who helps our students get results by holding them accountable, coaching them through resistance, and pushing them to execute on proven strategies. If you're the type who can lovingly call someone out on their BS and guide them to clarity and action, keep reading. Your Role: Support our students through 1:1 or small group coaching calls Help them implement strategies from the program (you’ll be trained on our curriculum) Hold students accountable to the goals they’ve set Provide feedback, encouragement, and tough love when needed Spot mindset blocks and help students move through them Work closely with our founder and team to ensure client success You’re a Fit If You: Have experience as a financial advisor (required) Are passionate about business growth and personal development Can confidently coach others on business strategy and mindset Know how to balance support with accountability — you're not afraid to challenge someone Are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment Believe in the mission of helping financial advisors grow sustainable, high-impact businesses Bonus If You: Have coaching or mentorship experience Have gone through a coaching or business-building program yourself Are familiar with tools like Kajabi, Zoom, and Slack Details: Part-time, contractor role (~5–10 hours/week to start, with room to grow) Remote, flexible schedule Compensation based on experience If you’re the kind of coach who doesn’t let clients hide, and you believe in helping financial advisors rise — we’d love to hear from you.
