Who We’re Looking For: We need a recruiter who can: Attract and engage entrepreneurial talent (licensed or willing to be licensed) Pre-screen and qualify candidates aligned with our values and vision Fill our pipeline with candidates who aspire to leadership, passive income, and purpose-driven work Build relationships and communicate our value proposition clearly (training and scripts provided) Understand or quickly learn our onboarding system and recruitment process (Onboarding 1–3, Taprooting, etc.) Ideal Candidate Has: Proven experience in sales or recruiting (financial services preferred, but not required) Strong communication and people skills Ability to work independently and hit volume metrics (100–60–30–10 principle) Familiarity with Zoom, CRM tools, and Google Workspace Entrepreneurial mindset and high integrity Deliverables: 10–15 qualified recruiting interviews per week Consistent follow-up and scheduling for onboarding steps Weekly reporting and collaboration with hiring manager Bonus Points If You: Have experience recruiting for commission-based or remote sales teams Are passionate about financial literacy, entrepreneurship, or leadership development Understand the value of legacy, impact, and the 5 F’s (Faith, Family, Fitness, Finances, Freedom)
