About SolisRx SolisRx is a boutique healthcare analytics consultancy that helps mid-sized providers streamline revenue cycle operations, reduce admin burden, and increase visibility using tools like Power BI, SQL, and low-code automation. We’re a small, agile team with a strong track record of delivering high-value solutions to fast-growing practices — and we’re looking to bring on a hands-on data solutions/project manager to help scale our delivery. The Role As our BI Project Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between our clients and engineering team, responsible for ensuring solutions are delivered on time, with clarity and polish. This role blends client-facing project management with hands-on data work, perfect for someone who enjoys structure and ownership but isn’t afraid to dive into Power BI or SQL when needed. NOTE: This role requires you to be currently located in Charleston, SC. Applicants not currently residing in Charleston will not be considered. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication with clients and internal engineering team Scope, schedule, and prioritize projects across multiple stakeholders Create and QA Power BI reports and dashboards (including DAX measures) Perform ad hoc SQL queries to support analysis and decision-making Own delivery timelines and ensure reporting is high-quality and on-brand Help improve internal delivery processes (e.g., weekly status updates, QA steps) Join client calls and represent SolisRx with polish and clarity What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience delivering analytics or BI projects Proficiency with Power BI and DAX Solid SQL skills (especially for ad hoc queries and analysis) Strong attention to detail and pride in polished deliverables Clear communicator — written and verbal — who can represent SolisRx professionally Proactive, structured, and good at keeping others on track Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment Nice to Have Experience managing near-shore software engineering teams Familiarity with agile/scrum project tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, DevOps etc.) Background in healthcare or revenue cycle analytics Advanced degree in data science, informatics, statistics, engineering, public health, health administration, or an MBA is a plus Why This Role? You’ll work in person with our team 3 days per week from our beautiful coworking space in downtown Charleston. It’s a collaborative, fast-moving environment where ideas get implemented quickly and client impact is visible every day. The remaining days are flexible for remote work. Compensation & Growth This is a contract role requiring 15–40 hours per week, depending on candidate availability and project fit. Some weeks may be lighter, others closer to full-time, depending on client needs and internal bandwidth. The ideal candidate is someone looking to grow with SolisRx and has the intention to transition into a full-time role over time.
