This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience in property management. You will represent Home365 in court, testifying on matters such as lease agreements and payment ledgers. This role could also be perfect for a Georgia based law student to get experience in court hearings. Key Responsibilities Attend court hearings in the Atlanta area as a company representative. Testify on issues related to lease agreements, payment ledgers, and other relevant documentation. Collaborate with legal and operational teams to prepare for court appearances. Ensure confidentiality and protect the company’s interests in all legal proceedings. Qualifications Current or recently graduated law student from an accredited Georgia law school. Strong communication skills and professionalism. Interest in property law, contracts, or real estate management (preferred).
