The Center for Oral Health is seeking an experienced sponsorship outreach specialist to help secure corporate and foundation sponsors for our upcoming statewide Symposium & 40th Anniversary Gala in September 2025. Our goal is to raise at least $160,000 to support this high-impact event focused on advancing oral health equity for older adults. We’ve already begun outreach but need support refining our strategy, identifying new leads, and actively managing communications with potential sponsors. Scope of Work: - Develop a targeted sponsorship outreach strategy Identify and research aligned sponsors (corporate, foundation, healthcare, etc.) - Craft compelling outreach emails and follow-ups - Track responses and manage a pipeline - Support development of customized sponsorship packages (materials provided) - Help secure sponsorship commitments Ideal Candidate Has: - Proven success in securing corporate or event sponsorships - Experience with nonprofit fundraising or cause marketing - Excellent writing and communication skills - Strong organizational and follow-up skills - Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets) Project Duration: Now through September 2025 (project-based) We’re excited to work with someone who shares our passion for health equity and can help us amplify our mission through strategic partnerships!
