WordPress/WooCommerce Query Sync Issues

Our Wordpress Woocommerce integration overall works, but there are a handful of times where certain issues will crop up. In this case, we're syncing order details with Google Sheets, but it seems as though fairly often, it'll sync duplicates, run so many Scheduled Actions that it bogs down the site and make it run super slow, or give an error of some sort but still work generally. We're looking to find someone who can go into the code and clean up the errors such that the errors won't occur again. We ONLY update plugins or install new versions when absolutely necessary, but it would be better to solve any cross compatibility or functional issues at their source to maintain features rather than attempting to update plugin versions to solve one problem, but then create another. For this iteration of project, we're looking to get WPPOOL Order Sync (Flex Sync) Google Sheet Sync to not conflict with whatever else is on the site. My best guess would be: - Scheduled actions from webhooks failing or getting stuck running for a long time causing other actions to be delayed causing problems - It seems like whatever causes a update to a sync forces syncing of 23,000 orders all at once which bogs things down causing other things to break. - Could be App Script on the Google Sheet being set up poorly such that it doesn't run well? - We do have contact with this plugin's Developers in Bangledesh, but their scope doesn't include interplugin compatibility or code cleaning. - We're also still having problems with their plugin interfacing with our system and are not able to use the most recent plugin version due to the slow loading issues mentioned above - We can provide access to the site and staging sites so things can be played around with. - Another recent occurance has been "Draft" orders have appeared which weren't before.
