We're a UK-based digital agency looking for a social media and SEO expert to provide strategy and ongoing support for a tutoring business with two on-location centres in the South East of England. The client runs two academic tutoring centres helping students with GCSE and 11 Plus preparation. The actual service users are students, but the paying customers are parents – so the social media strategy must appeal to parents who are looking for trustworthy, results-driven support for their children. What we need: ✅ A full social media strategy that includes platform selection, post types, messaging style, and outreach ideas ✅ Regular posting and engagement management across the chosen platforms ✅ Basic SEO support or alignment where applicable (e.g. linking social presence with web search visibility) ✅ Campaign measurement, refinement, and regular reporting ✅ Occasional client meetings (can be remote, but preference for UK-based experts who could potentially visit in person if needed) The client has had minimal, inconsistent social media activity before and is looking for something much more strategic and effective this time. You would be a subcontractor for my company, having a company email address as part of the team, and having direct access to the client working with me and with my permission to access the website and accounts I manage for my client. If possible might be nice to see the client and take photos/videos to use for the campaigns, but failing that Zoom or Google Meets with the client would suffice. Client is not far from the Dartford Tunnel. We already manage their app development, SEO, and websites – so we want to extend the same level of quality and trust into social media.
