We are seeking an experienced perfumer, fragrance evaluator, or scent consultant to assess and analyze a fragrance formula developed by our manufacturing partner. The goal is to receive expert feedback on the scent's quality, balance, and performance, and obtain clear, actionable recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities: Evaluate an existing fragrance formula (sample will be provided). Identify any weaknesses or imbalances in the formulation. Provide a written analysis and professional feedback. Offer precise guidance on how to improve or adjust the formula. Communicate directly with our manufacturer if needed, to help implement changes. Ideal Candidate: Professional perfumer or fragrance evaluator with a background in fine fragrance or cosmetic chemistry. Experience working with fragrance houses or indie brands. Familiarity with both natural and synthetic aroma compounds. Ability to communicate scent profile insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and manufacturers. Previous experience consulting on scent development or formulation is a plus. Project Scope: 4 fragrances evaluation Sample will be mailed; remote work is acceptable. Deliverables include written report and consultation (email or video call).
