I’m seeking an experienced contract attorney to help me draft and review independent contractor agreements for analysts (aka “cappers”) working in my growing sports betting Discord community, with a current emphasis on WNBA betting. Our platform provides curated betting picks and analysis to a paying subscriber base. As we scale, we’re formalizing our business relationships with contributors to ensure legal clarity, brand protection, and revenue-share compliance. Scope of Work: • Draft standard contractor agreements for 5–10 betting analysts • Include language around: • Payment terms (e.g., flat fee vs rev share) • Content ownership • IP protection • Non-compete / non-solicit (within reason) • Performance expectations (e.g., consistent posting, accuracy, data logging) • Termination & dispute resolution • Provide guidance on compliance and risk mitigation in the sports betting space • Be available for light revisions or follow-up questions Ideal Candidate: • Licensed U.S. attorney with experience in contract law, sports/entertainment, or IP law • Familiarity with sports betting and digital communities is a big plus • Clear communicator with fast turnaround times
