We are an IT services company & wants someone who can generate leads for us from international markets for software development services. Key Responsibilities: -Plan and execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers (CTOs, Product Managers, Founders, etc.) -Manage and optimize outbound workflows using tools like Apollo, SendGrid, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, and Seamless.ai -Conduct lead research and segmentation based on industry, role, geography, and company size -A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and follow-ups to increase open and reply rates -Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting -Maintain campaign hygiene: manage inboxes, handle responses, and update CRM or lead tracker -Monitor campaign performance metrics (open, click, reply, bounce rates) and generate weekly reports Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in email marketing and/or B2B LinkedIn outreach -Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, SendGrid, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.ai -Excellent written communication skills with a knack for writing compelling, personalized messages -Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead generation principles -Ability to handle prospect data (cleaning, enrichment, validation) -Familiarity with cold email deliverability and warm-up practices is a plus
