TikTok Shop Manager – Optimise & Grow Our UK Dog Supplement Brand

We’re a fast-growing UK-based dog supplement brand looking for an experienced TikTok Shop expert to take our store to the next level. We already have the basics in place: • TikTok Shop account is set up • Product listings are live • Affiliate programme is active and product is being sent out Now we need someone to step in and optimise, manage and grow the store. Your role will include: • Optimising product listings (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, pricing etc.) • Uploading and testing new content formats (UGC, reviews, short-form videos etc.) • Improving conversion rates and boosting visibility • Managing product bundles and TikTok-only offers • Coordinating with affiliates (we already have influencers posting) • Regularly reviewing analytics to make data-backed improvements • Making sure the shop stays fresh and relevant Ideal experience: • Proven success managing TikTok Shop accounts • Familiarity with UK ecommerce and TikTok’s creator/affiliate programme • Strong understanding of how to use short-form content to drive sales • Comfortable working with brand assets and copy • Bonus if you’ve worked in the pet space before We’re looking for someone proactive, creative, and results-driven. Ideally UK-based or experienced with UK audiences. Please include examples of other TikTok Shop stores you’ve worked on, what results you’ve achieved, and how you would approach our store.
