We are Blend2Vend a rapidly growing supplier of premium bean-to-cup coffee machines across the UK hospitality sector (hotels, pubs, offices, and more). We’re looking for a UK-based salesperson to join our team and handle qualified inbound leads from businesses actively seeking commercial coffee solutions. This is a salary + commission position with high earning potential for someone who knows how to build rapport, manage pipelines, and close with confidence. What You'll Be Doing: Managing inbound sales enquiries from pubs, hotels, golf clubs, soft play centres, and offices. Closing leads via phone/email and following up on proposals. Using prebuilt email and SMS sequences to manage customer journeys. Presenting product features, lease options, and cost breakdowns with confidence. Handling objections (e.g. taste, staffing, reliability) based on real-world business use cases. Closing deals and coordinating handover with internal operations and install team. Who We’re Looking For: UK-based only (fluent in British English and familiar with UK hospitality/catering culture). Experience in B2B sales – ideally in equipment leasing, catering supplies, vending, or similar. Comfortable with CRM tools, follow-up cadences, and phone-based selling. Self-starter with a confident but consultative tone — you know when to push and when to build trust. Must understand the emotional mindset of hospitality operators under pressure (you’ll be selling into owners, F&B managers, and operations leads). What We Offer: Base salary (monthly retainer via Upwork or direct) Commission on every closed deal – high % on both machine sales and lease contracts. Full training and scripts (email/SMS/objection handling etc.) Warm inbound pipeline – we’re not asking you to cold call. Option to scale into full-time or team lead role as we grow. Bonus Points If You Have: Prior experience selling coffee machines, leasing equipment, or hospitality technology. Familiarity with tools like Gohighlevel .
