Freelance Social Media Manager – Anglia KB About Us: Anglia Kitchens and Bedrooms is a leading provider of high-quality kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design and installation services, based in Norwich, Norfolk. With a strong reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our digital presence and seeking a proactive and creative Freelance Social Media Manager to help us grow our online footprint and generate new leads. Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media Executive / Manager to manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This freelance role will require creating and scheduling 3 high-quality posts per week on each platform, along with managing paid social media advertising campaigns. The ultimate goal is to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate qualified leads for our kitchen, bedroom and bathroom services. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (image, video, and text) 3 times per week across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand goals and seasonal promotions. • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (and TikTok where applicable), optimising for lead generation and cost-efficiency. • Monitor and report on performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion. • Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments where appropriate to maintain a positive brand presence. • Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media and content marketing. Requirements: • Proven experience managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Strong portfolio of previous content and campaigns, particularly in home improvement, interior design, or lifestyle sectors (preferred). • Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Buffer, Later, etc.). • Experience in running and optimising paid social campaigns focused on lead generation. • Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and align with brand voice and goals. Contract Type: Freelance, remote Hours: Upto 20hrs per month
