We’re a growing brand in the health and personal care space selling Teeth Whitening products, selling exclusively on Amazon, and we’re looking for a creative, experienced Social Media Manager to launch and manage our TikTok presence from the ground up. We’re brand new on TikTok and need someone who can take full ownership—creating engaging content, growing our following, and building our brand on the platform. If you know how to create short-form video content that grabs attention and drives sales, we want to hear from you! This is a long-term opportunity with potential to manage other social platforms in the future—and includes the option for a performance-based bonus (a percentage of Amazon sales driven by social). Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a TikTok-first content strategy * Create 3–5 high-quality, engaging videos per week (to start) * Stay on top of TikTok trends, challenges, and content formats * Fully manage the TikTok account: content creation, posting, scheduling, and growth * Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content * Engage with the TikTok community by replying to comments, DMs, and mentions * Identify and pursue relevant influencer collaboration opportunities * Align TikTok content with broader Amazon sales and brand strategy Requirements: * Proven experience running TikTok accounts (for brands or personal projects) * Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and content styles * Strong communication and storytelling skills * Comfortable with tracking and reporting on performance * Bonus: Video editing and/or design skills * Interest or experience in the health & personal care niche is a plus Compensation: * Hourly pay + bonus opportunity (percentage of Amazon sales generated via TikTok) * Long-term growth potential—opportunity to expand into other social platforms If this sounds like a fit, apply now and let’s chat!
