We are a growing female-run business coaching company and are looking for an experienced Sales Closer to join our sales team. This role would include nurturing leads in our existing pipeline and setting sale call appointments on your own calendar, having calls with leads who book in for a sales call after seeing one of our ads, following up with hot leads in a timely manner to optimize close rate, keeping leads/pipeline organized and up-to-date, providing daily updates to sales manager, maintaining a 30% or better close rate and sharing ideas to improve the sales process overall. - Professional sales experience is a must - Appointment setting experience is a must - Experience with high-ticket coaching sales is a big plus - Availability 5-6 days/week (can set your own hours) - Start as a part-time (trial based) position with potential of going full-time in 1-2 months - Strong organizational skills - Strong communication skills - Strong admin skills - Commission based (12% to 14% based on cash collected per month) As a company our goal is to provide a high-vibe, welcoming sales experience and not "push" anyone into buying, but rather create a supportive container in which the right people naturally move into our high-ticket coaching program. We are looking for someone who is a total sales pro and also knows how to put prospects at ease and foster a very positive sales experience for everyone involved.
