Arvada Ceramic Arts Guild is a not-for-profit, ceramic artists guild with around 30 members. As a cooperative, our mission is to provide access to high quality kilns and ceramics equipment so that ceramic artists can pursue their craft. Our website is currently hosted on Squarespace. We are open to moving our domain host if if need be. We would like to move all billing to our website. Currently the only option for our guild members to pay fees is via paper check. We'd like to change this and allow members to pay via a secure digital payment method on our website. Members at our guild incur fees one of two ways: one, a monthly membership fee/rent and two, a lump sum charge if they fire a kiln. So ideally our website will offer two new features to members. 1) behind a login, members can view their monthly studio rent/fees and submit payment. They can also sign up for autopay. 2) Also behind a login, is access to a calendar that all guild members can see. On this calendar, members can reserve access to a kiln (we have around 13 kilns). By reserving a kiln on the calendar, the member is automatically charged a lump-sum firing fee that will show up on their billing statement (unless they cancel the booking within 24 hours). Typical kiln firings last several days so the calendar has to be able to support 24-72 hour booking reservations. Thank you!
