We’re looking for a Fractional CMO to help refine our offer, positioning, and lead generation strategy as we scale our services across EMEA. What You'll Be Responsible For: Offer Development: Refine and structure our service offerings to highlight clear outcomes, competitive advantages, and pricing strategies that resonate with mid-market and D2C brands. Positioning Strategy: Strengthen our messaging and differentiation in the influencer marketing space, ensuring clarity and consistency across all brand touchpoints (website, decks, outreach, etc.). Lead Generation Engine: Design and guide execution of a performance-driven B2B lead generation strategy—leveraging SEO, email marketing, paid ads, outbound prospecting, and partnerships. Marketing Funnel Optimization: Help us build a streamlined marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, with clear KPIs and automation where appropriate. Thought Leadership & Brand Growth: Identify opportunities for PR, case studies, and thought leadership that will elevate Buzzbite’s visibility and credibility in the industry. Ideal Candidate: Senior-level marketer with B2B service experience, preferably in influencer marketing, D2C, or performance marketing agencies. Strong track record of refining agency service offerings and building scalable acquisition systems. Deep understanding of EMEA markets, especially in consumer brand marketing. Comfortable working directly with the founder to shape direction and accelerate traction. Strategic and hands-on. Able to both develop the roadmap and advise on execution. Engagement Details: 10–20 hours/month to start, with potential to expand. Remote. Must be highly proactive and self-directed. Flexible working hours, async-friendly. Potential long-term advisory or leadership role.
