Description: We’re a fast-growing startup looking to bring on a someone that will listen to and review sales calls and sales demos with our salespeople. This will help us sharpen our sales team's performance. You’ll listen to recorded sales calls and provide structured, insightful feedback to help our reps improve. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, sales coaching, or sales leadership, and a sharp ear for what makes a call work. Responsibilities: - Review recorded sales calls with the sales team - Evaluate based on criteria such as rapport building, objection handling, product knowledge, and call structure - Deliver clear, written feedback per call: what went well, what could improve, and action items - Highlight standout moments, missed opportunities, and upsell opportunities - Identify patterns and recommend coaching opportunities - Meet with our sales leadership to share insights Requirements: - Prior experience in sales or sales training - Strong understanding of sales call structure, objection handling, and closing - Excellent listening and writing skills - Excellent written communication - Ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback - High attention to detail and consistency
