Our system focuses on developing and refining communication and intervention skills, ensuring practitioners are well-prepared for real-world clinical encounters. Role Overview We're looking for a talented Fullstack JavaScript Developer with expertise in React and Next.js to join our development team. You'll help build and enhance our immersive training platform, working on both frontend interfaces and backend systems. Key Responsibilities - Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React - Build and maintain server-side functionality with Next.js - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement engaging training simulations - Integrate APIs and data sources to support our training scenarios - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making Required Skills & Experience - Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js - Experience with RESTful APIs and modern frontend build tools - Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, responsive design) - Version control experience with Git - Problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly Bonus Qualifications - Experience with Strapi CMS - PostgreSQL database knowledge - Background in AI/ML integration or development - Experience with WebSockets or real-time communication protocols - Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices - EdTech and/or Health Tech - Interest in mental health applications
