We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who can not only audit our current campaigns but also educate our team on best practices for running high-converting ads. We currently have Google Ads running, but we’re looking for clarity. We need someone who can: - Review and analyze our existing ad campaigns and performance metrics - Explain what each metric means and how it impacts our conversion rates - Walk us through how to properly set up, structure, and optimize Google Ads - Share expert-level strategies tailored to our goals (e.g., ecommerce conversions, lead generation, etc.) - Provide a mini-training or documentation so our team can manage ads more confidently going forward You should have: - Deep experience running and managing Google Ads across various industries - A strong portfolio with proven results - The ability to communicate complex topics clearly and patiently - A collaborative, supportive approach to education and feedback - Availability for Zoom calls in PST hours If you’re passionate about Google Ads and love helping teams grow in their knowledge, we’d love to hear from you!
