Need Song Created in BandLab or Cakewalk

We are composing music for a stage play. I've done quite a bit of the work, but I do not know how to use BandLab or CakeWalk. I use a Windows PC. I will share all the notes, instruments and other information I have so far and ask you to work with those apps to produce the songs. To see if we are a fit, I'd like to first ask you to produce the country western song that starts the play. If we work out, I'll give you the notes on the other melodies (3) and song with lyrics (1) - We will need ai generated vocals for this country song and the other song with lyrics. Other than that, we have instrumentals. This will lots of fun! My professional must be able to speak and understand English fluently. No language barriers.
