Deployment configuration cleanup

I have a production app deployed to both Azure AKS and AWS EKS, depending on the client. The infrastructure was set up by different teams, using different Terraform codebases and Kubernetes configs. Here's the situation: Terraform setups for AWS and Azure, written by different people Separate Kubernetes configurations for each cloud Azure config doesn't support staging vs production easily Deploys are entirely manual No automation for database migrations during deploys I'm looking for someone who has done this a thousand times. I don't want someone figuring things out on my dime—I want best practices applied with confidence. The work should follow this structure: Evaluate the current setup Recommend improvements Implement the solution we agree on I’d like to keep this under 15 hours. If that’s not realistic, convince me why. I'm fine paying for expertise, just not for learning curves.
