This project is for a Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) store. We create resources for elementary teachers. Our goal is to expand reach and drive more consistent traffic to the store and blog through Pinterest. We're looking for an experienced Pinterest virtual assistant to manage and grow our Pinterest account with a focus on strategy, pin design, keyword optimization, and scheduling. This will start as a 1-month trial, with the potential for ongoing monthly work based on performance and results. Project Scope: Trial Month (Month 1) - Optimize existing Pinterest boards & Pin creation 1. Update board titles and descriptions using Pinterest SEO best practices. 2. Create and schedule 10 fully optimized pins 3. Conduct keyword research based on my suggestions and expand on them 4. Write SEO-rich pin titles and descriptions 5. Generate UTM tracking links (base links provided) 6. Schedule via the Pinterest scheduler Ongoing Monthly Tasks (After Month 1): 1. Create and schedule 10 or 20 optimized pins per month (Please provide quotes for both options) 2. Continue with keyword research and optimization 3. Generate UTM links for all pins 4. Track and organize content using Airtable (will provide the base) What We'll Provide: - Product links and high-quality images - Suggested keywords and title starters - My brand guidelines - Examples of past pins - Airtable base for content tracking - Access to Canva While we will provide clear branding and past examples, we also welcome creativity in pin design. You’re encouraged to bring your own style and ideas that align with Pinterest best practices and our brand aesthetic. Ideal Candidate: - Experienced in Pinterest management (bonus if you’ve worked with TPT sellers or in the education niche) - Skilled in Canva or other graphic design tools - Knowledgeable about Pinterest SEO and keyword research - Familiar with UTM tracking - Organized and comfortable using Airtable - Self-motivated with strong communication and time management skills To Apply: Please include the following in your proposal: A quote for: 1.
