Architect/Designer Needed for Salon Suite Buildout
We’re building a modern salon and wellness space with private suites, barber chairs, a head spa, wax & brow room, café, and shared areas. Seeking an architect to deliver space planning and permit-ready drawings for a 2,900–3,200 sq ft commercial unit. Scope includes test fit layout, shared wash bowl area (no in-suite plumbing), ADA restroom, café, and breakroom. Must be code-compliant and ready for GC bidding. Experience with salon or spa buildouts preferred. Familiarity with North Carolina permitting a plus. Looking to begin planning immediately for fall construction.
